Are you in school and looking to rev up your career?
Have you heard? Chemstar WATER has kickstarted a College Grad Opportunities (Co-Op) Rotational Program designed just for college students.
What is a Chemstar WATER CO-OP?
Cooperative education, also known as CO-OP, is a structured approach to taking classroom education and combining that with practical work experience. While it’s been around since the 1900’s it’s been gaining popularity because of the way it helps students like yourself successfully manage the transition from school to work.
Our Chemstar WATER program was designed by former CO-OP grads with the goal of accelerating the development of entry-level talent and producing leaders capable of meeting the challenges facing Chemstar WATER. Because the CO-OP program is our pipeline for future company leaders, it reports to our COO with exposure to the company CEO.
To provide the best experience, there are two tracks that we offer for potential candidates:
Acquired Skills

COMMUNICATION
