Senior Field Service Engineer | DC-Baltimore Area

Job Description:

  • The Senior Field Service Technician role is a key member of our organization as our customers rely heavily on our service to operate their potable systems, cooling systems, boilers, and other heat exchange systems by maintaining utmost water quality at their facilities.
  • The Field Service Technician, along with the Sales team, is our face to the customer and critical in ensuring outstanding service level for our customers.
  • The successful candidate will provide water testing, analysis and consultation services for our existing customers by using existing knowledge and background in technical water treatment, including experience with water treatment systems (boilers, cooling towers, ROs, clarifiers, raw water and wastewater) and working closely with company’s Technical Team and Commercial Team to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Skills Required

  • 10+ years of water treatment technical experience in cooling towers and boiler rooms; OR;Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or Applied Science
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Should have nothing in his/her background that might prevent gaining security clearance from government facilities
  • Can lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
  • Must be based in broader Washington D.C – Baltimore Metro Area
  • Comfortable with water testing and recording data for reporting purposes
  • Comfortable with hands-on basic plumbing and electrical work
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Can lift 50 pounds over long distances and several flights of stairs
  • Can work in a hot boiler room over 100F temperature
  • Can drive >100 miles in a day
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Business Development Manager | DC-Baltimore Area

Job Description:

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for

  1. Business Development and bringing new business to the company in-line with the company’s growth objectives
  2. Managing high-profile key accounts of the company. Existing customers will be primarily in the broader Washington DC metro area, including Northern Virginia and Maryland. It is key for retaining its reputable existing customers and exceeding customers’ expectations when it comes down to managing the key accounts.

The successful candidate will acquire new customers through the identification, prioritization, strategic analysis, and sales plan development/execution by using existing knowledge and background in technical water treatment, including experience with water treatment systems (boilers, cooling towers, ROs, clarifiers, raw water, and wastewater) and working closely with company’s Technical Team and Account Managers to develop growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • Must be based in broader Washington D.C – Baltimore Metro Area
  • 10+ years of water testing and analysis experience in the water treatment industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial), or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry)
  • Exceptional sales and business development skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and customer focus
  • High work standards. High ethics, integrity and is widely trusted
  • Exhibits a high degree of drive and organization of activities while working independently delivering results
  • Must be able to drive with potential 1-2 nights per week overnight stay to support the territory
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and should have nothing in his/her background that might prevent gaining security clearance from government facilities
  • Can lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
