We welcome Dottie Brown to the Chemstar WATER family as Strategic Account Manager.
Chemstar WATER is thrilled to announce that Dottie has joined our team as a Strategic Account Manager for our key accounts. For decades, Dottie has built a great reputation for technical expertise and customer service across the mid-Atlantic region, including Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland, making her a valuable addition to our team as we strive to become the most customer-centric water treatment company in the nation.
Dottie comes to us from Nalco/Ecolab, where she spent several decades honing her skills and building customer relationships. After retiring from Nalco/Ecolab, Dottie decided to continue her water treatment career and joined Chemstar WATER.
As Strategic Account Manager, Dottie will manage key customer relationships and ensure that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. She will also work closely with our sales and technical teams to provide expert guidance on water treatment solutions.
We are confident that Dottie’s expertise and experience will help us to continue providing exceptional service to our customers. We are excited to welcome her to the Chemstar WATER team and look forward to her contributions.
